What do I do if....
I have a new DSL modem & I can't access the internet. If the DSL or ETHERNET or INTERNET lights are out on your DSL Modem.... unplug the DSL MODEM and power down your computer for at least 30 seconds then plug in the DSL MODEM and wait for a steady DSL light, then power up your computer and double click the Internet Explorer icon. If this doesn't let you access the internet then call CenturyTel or your DSL provider. If you want me to come to your home and talk to CenturyTel/your DSL provider I'll be glad to.
I have a wired or wireless router in addition to the DSL/Cable Modem but I can't make it work... I need more info to help you. It's best if you call me to schedule a 'house call'
